Communities may participate without an upfront participation or subscription fee in the Community Partner Network.
Excelsior New Home Group, LLC is compensated only according to the referral terms accepted by the participating community when a referred renter results in a qualifying lease, subject to the community's written referral requirements and compensation terms. Referral participation, compensation amount, eligibility requirements, registration requirements, and payment timing are established by the participating community and should be confirmed before a referral is submitted.
Apartment Match Florida does not approve or deny applicants. Your community determines all screening, approval, pricing, availability and lease terms.
