We collect the contact, housing preference, household, pet, accessibility, and general qualification information you choose to provide so that an apartment match specialist can identify communities that may fit your needs, and so that we can share your interest with those communities. We also keep records of platform activity such as sign-ins, role changes, and community information updates for security and quality purposes.

• Renter contact information, desired locations, budget, household size, lease preferences, and move-in timing.
• Pet information and, separately and voluntarily, accessibility accommodation requests.
• General qualification information such as approximate income range, employment status, and approximate credit score range.
• Community and organization information submitted by apartment representatives, including pricing, availability, fees, policies, and referral requirements.
• Account and security records such as sign-in events, role changes, invitations, and administrator transfers.

For your protection, Apartment Match Florida does not collect Social Security numbers, driver's license or state ID numbers, passport numbers, dates of birth, bank account or payment card numbers, or copies of government-issued identification. Never submit these through this platform. Any identity verification, credit screening, background screening, or payment collection is performed directly by the apartment community or its screening provider under their own terms.

We use renter information to match housing preferences to participating apartment communities, to contact you about options, and to submit referrals on your behalf. We use community information to maintain accurate listings, verify data, and administer referral relationships. We use activity records to protect accounts and investigate misuse.

When we refer you to an apartment community, we share the information that community needs to evaluate your inquiry. We do not sell renter information. We may share information with service providers who operate this platform on our behalf, or when required by law.

By submitting a renter form you consent to be contacted by phone, text, or email about apartment options. You may withdraw consent or ask us to delete your information at any time by contacting us; some records may be retained where required for legal or recordkeeping purposes.

Access to renter and community records is restricted by role. Community users can only see their own community. Administrative actions are recorded in an audit log. Automated abuse protection and submission rate limiting are applied to public forms. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
